shedule time for copy/transfer folders job

I want to copy eight huge external hard drive folder, but I would like a file folder in the Ci schedule, every time since they may be Qita people visit during office hours. So when I run it, it will only copy to a specific folder on the hard disk transfer time in the program. . .
